Sotto Voce Estates was built on a simple premise: property owners deserve one trusted contact, not a rotating cast of vendors and half-answered texts.

We're a two-person team working from opposite corners of the country — Tampa and Utah — so a set of eyes is rarely far from wherever a property needs attention. Between us, we cover both coasts and everything in between, and we built this company the way we'd want a home managed: personally, carefully, and without cutting corners.

Every property is walked personally, every vendor is vetted directly, and every relationship is handled with total discretion — no branded trucks in the driveway, no name on a sign.

How is this different from a property manager?

We're not a leasing or rental-focused property manager. We handle the physical upkeep, readiness, and day-to-day oversight of the home itself — the maintenance, the vendors, the details — whether or not the property is ever rented.

Do you work with vendors we already trust?

Yes. We keep the relationships you already have and fill in coverage where it's needed, rather than replacing everything with our own list.

What does this cost?

Every engagement is scoped individually, based on the number of properties and the level of involvement you'd like. A proposal follows the first conversation — nothing is quoted before we understand what's needed.

Are your vendors insured?

Yes. Sotto Voce Estates is fully insured, and every vendor is vetted before being brought onto a property.
